Management
Since July 2021, G.U.B. Ingenieur AG has again been headed by two members of the Management Board. Dr.-Ing. Roger Tynior is available in the function of Spokesman of the Management Board and Dipl.-Ing. Konrad Schmidt as Technical Director of the company.
Both are shareholders and have been with the company for many years. A supervisory board consisting of three members monitors the activities of the management board.
